Way back in 2013, Clive Palmer said that his Titanic II would be built in China.
In 2024, he said that Deltamarin (the ships designers) recommended that a European shipyard would be much more capable of building his ship. However, in 2026, Palmer is still struggling to find a European shipyard. Is China now the answer, once again?
