The following images are of SS Hestmanden, when she visited Leith, Edinburgh, Scotland, in May 2025.
Hestmanden survived two world war. Amazingly she was constructed in 1911, one year before the ill-fated Titanic.
SS Hestmanden is the only preserved cargo ship that has sailed in convoys during both World War I and World War II. She is the only remaining ship of the more than 1,000 that were part of the Nortraship fleet during World War II.
